Lemon Studios occupies 4400 square feet in a period EC1 warehouse conversion that benefits from arched floor to ceiling windows. The office is entirely open plan, to facilitate a lively and interactive atmosphere and offers a high level of service at an affordable price.

Lemon Studios offers space for approximately a dozen organisations and a number of freelancers. We are looking to cluster together companies and individuals that share professional interests, and therefore nurture a sustainable business community.

There will be a limited number of companies and freelancers in each industry category, which will allow us to evolve a balance of strategic, technical and creative minds within the office.

Lemon Studios is a joint venture between Lemon Foundation and E-consultancy. Having both recognised the benefits of working in a networked environment, the two businesses have joined forces to create this unique proposition.

E-consultancy publishes internet marketing reports, research and how-to guides, and provides its subscribers with best practice insight to help them get the best out of the internet. E-consultancy also runs events such as Supplier Showcases, roundtables and in-house / public training courses, and offers a range of web consultancy services to companies including major FTSE100 brands and small start-ups. These services comprise everything from market and competitor research, to website optimisation, customer journey analysis and strategic planning.

Established in January 2003, Lemon Foundation provides interactive production and design services to Media, Advertising and PR agencies and large corporates. Although Lemon Foundation employs four full time staff, the business draws on an extended network of over 30 freelancers on a per-project basis. One of its main aims is to offer clients an integrated and comprehensive service by linking digital professionals into an extended virtual network.

Having recognised the benefits of working in such a holistic manner, Lemon Foundation and E-consultancy wanted to intensify that productivity by bringing a similar network of people into one physical space - the idea for Lemon Studios evolved from there.

Prices start at £455 per desk per calendar month, which includes all of our services.
